Chikako Suzuki Seminar

In this seminar, we study corporate law, which relates to company management, fundraising, mergers, and corporate acquisitions. There are approximately 20 students each in the third and fourth years, who are further divided into small groups. Students prepare for the week's assignment within their groups and bring their work to the weekly class, where they deepen their understanding through reports, Q&A sessions, and discussions.

I provide guidance so that students not only acquire knowledge given by others but also develop a proactive attitude toward learning things they do not understand through cooperation. Seminar members also actively plan social gatherings and training camps. The beauty of a seminar lies in the way members get to know each other's individual characteristics well, leading to deep and long-lasting relationships.
